The kids will have their own space using the hallway bunk beds. It comes with its own private bathroom, flat screen tv, closet and storage for your clothing. Master bedroom features a brand new King bed and mattress. Outdoor Grill area with 6 Charcoal Grills and picnic tables.small store (flip flops) with frozen drinks, beer, sundries, ice, and starbuck's on Ground floor boardwalk near west end pool (seasonal).Tiki Bar on east side of the building with pool on Ground floor (seasonal).

We take extra time to ensure everything is fresh and clean for your stay including using a laundry sanitizer, hot water, an antibacterial wash and dry cycle and professional grade detergent! Just in case you thought this was standard practice… many short term rentals only wash blankets once or twice a year! We wash every blanket on every bed every time in between vacation rental guests.

Upon arrival, guests will be required to pay a $35 resort fee (plus tax) at the registration desk (this is a one time fee per party (NOT per person), where they will receive wristbands and a parking pass. When the kiddos are ready to move on to the next activity, send them to the game room on level one. no worries, head into The Flip Flop Beach Stop located on the Tidewater Boardwalk for beach toys, sunblock, toothpaste, or anything you may have left behind. The east pool features a tiki bar with kids or adult drinks and a food menu (summer). Now its time to get ready for some fun in the sun and head down to either of the two 4,300 sq. head down to "Waves Bar and Grill" and let them fix you up with a bloody Mary and a fresh cooked breakfast. Don't feel like cooking breakfast, no worries. Ready to work-out? Tidewater features a beach front state of the art fitness center with a Roman Spa. You can start your day with a cup of coffee on the spacious balcony, or head down to the on-site coffee shop. Tidewater rests on 600 feet of sugar white sand with plenty of room to play in the emerald green waters. Tidewater boasts so many amazing amenities that you won't know what to do first. Last but not least, step out onto your beachfront balcony and take in all the beauty and relax in our brand new balcony furniture - this will probably become your favorite spot! Walk down the hall a little to find the surf board themed bunk bed nook perfectly suited for the kiddos! They will also have a hallway bathroom all to themselves! Up next the fully-equipped and updated kitchen, which leads into the open beach front dining and living area. When you enter the condo, you will find your coastal themed master suite on your right, which features an amazing new king bed and new pillowtop mattress, a flat screen tv, a dresser, and its own private bathroom. Welcome to "Beach Vibes" at Tidewater Beach Resort, a gorgeous one-bedroom, two bath condo situated on the low 5th floor, providing the most spectacular views of the emerald green gulf waters.
